High Arrow Staff Spotlight: Addison Mosco

By GABI ISENBERG

Sophomore Addison Mosco is a second-year reporter for the High Arrow. Addy joined the High Arrow in her freshman year. Addison states, “I joined to improve my communication and writing skills and to be a part of the journalism community.”

Addison is one of four house leaders in the High Arrow. House leaders are responsible for managing a group of 3-4 staff members and ensuring that they get all of their articles done on time. Addy says, “It can be stressful when people don’t get their work done or make it to the best of their ability, but it’s fun, and I enjoy the leadership opportunity.”

One of Addy’s main duties is collaborating with other members of the staff and other house leaders, including her twin sister, Ella Mosco. Addison comments on what it’s like working with her sister. “It can be a little annoying at times because she enjoys annoying me. But she makes it fun, and it’s a joy to work with her.”

Addy is involved in the Calming Coloring Club at IHS and also takes German. German is her favorite subject because they do fun activities and all her friends are in that class.

In her free time, Addison enjoys cooking, baking, painting, listening to music, and watching TV.
